The first half of the training will be delivered online through our Online Yoga Teacher Training platform so your trip to India is a manageable two weeks.
The second half of the training is in beautiful Goa, India, and is focused on developing your skills as a Yoga Teacher in practical-based classes.
We have the best yoga training teams there is and you will have access to all of them through a mix of live online lectures and in-person in Goa.
We are a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) and Canadian Yoga Alliance, which means when you graduate from our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training you are automatically eligible to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with any of these major certification bodies. Our course syllabus also exceeds the requirements for all other alliances so you will be able to register with any yoga certification body in the world.

Continued access to all online Yoga Teacher Training content: Upon graduation, you will continue to have access to all class recordings material from Module A, as well as lecture and materials in module B.
Now that you have learned the foundations of traditional yoga…next you will travel to Goa to become a Yoga Teacher.
Module B is focused on training you to become a confident and competent teacher. You will be completing this module in person at our Yoga Centre in Goa with hands-on practical based classes under the guidance of our teaching team. As part of this training you’ll get to spend two weeks beautiful Goa, India. Whilst we are heading into the Autumn, Goa is about to enter the best time to visit. Lovely warm 25 degree days, with calm and cool evenings.

Lalit is the founder of Himalaya Yoga Valley and lead teacher on our Yoga Teacher Trainings.
Maeve coordinates our courses as well as teaching Yoga Business, ethics and management.
With Viriam you will explore the ancient philosophy, history and wisdom of yoga.
With Mandeep you will learn traditional sanskrit chanting, meditation and pranayama.
As well as helping to coordinate the training Tony supports Lalit in the Shala and asana lectures.
Dr Rohit is a world renowned Ayurvedic doctor, and he will be teaching your Ayurveda lectures.

Tomoe is an experienced yoga teacher who will be there to help deepen your asana practice.
