The first half of the training will be delivered online through our Online Yoga Teacher Training platform so your trip to Crete is a manageable two weeks
The second half of the training is on the beautiful island of Crete and is focused on developing your skills as a Yoga Teacher more practical-based classes
We have one of the best yoga training teams there is and you will have access to all of them through a mix of live online lectures and in-person in Crete
We are a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) and Canadian Yoga Alliance, which means when you graduate from our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training you are automatically eligible to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with any of these major certification bodies. Our course syllabus also exceeds the requirements for all other alliances so you will be able to register with any yoga certification body in the world.
The first module is a 2-week training schedule that will be live online classes focused on the Traditional foundations of Yoga.

Now that you have learned the foundations of traditional yoga…next you will travel to Crete to become a Yoga Teacher.
Module B is focused on training you to become a confident and competent teacher. You will be completing this module in person at our Yoga Shala in Crete with hands-on practical based classes under the guidance of our teaching team. As part of this training you’ll get to spend two weeks in Chania, Crete. Crete is easy to fly directly to and Greece is completely open to tourists from Ireland and lots of EU countries, with no quarantine required when returning home for most countries. Whilst we are heading into the Autumn, the island is still sunny and bright and the perfect destination for those facing winter in Europe!
Our training will be hosted in a local Yoga Shala in Chania just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Old Town, and a stones throw from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches.

Lalit is the founder of Himalaya Yoga Valley and lead teacher on our Yoga Teacher Trainings.
Maeve coordinates our courses as well as teaching Yoga Business, ethics and management.
With Viriam you will explore the ancient philosophy, history and wisdom of yoga.
With Mandeep you will learn traditional sanskrit chanting, meditation and pranayama.
As well as helping to coordinate the training Tony supports Lalit in the Shala and asana lectures.
Dr Rohit is a world renowned Ayurvedic doctor, and he will be teaching your Ayurveda lectures.
In Adam’s lectures you’ll not only explore anatomy but also our systems, facia and much more.
Tomoe is an experienced yoga teacher who will be there to help deepen your asana practice.
