A Focused Immersion in Practice

Enter a period of dedicated study where attention is placed on the body, breath, and the mechanics of movement. This immersion is held as time set aside for focused asana practice, allowing physical understanding to deepen through repetition, observation, and guided exploration.

The days are shaped by twice-daily practice and structured development sessions, supporting clarity in alignment, stability, and embodied awareness. Learning is steady rather than rushed, creating space for skill to settle through experience rather than effort or performance.
