How our online yoga teacher training works

Our unique split module online yoga teacher training programme gives you flexibility to complete the course in your own time, as well as substantial actual contact hours with our full team of eight specialist teachers.

Live scheduled classes through Zoom

The first module is a 2-week training schedule that will be live classes focused on the Traditional foundations of Yoga.

• Daily morning asana with Lalit

• Daily meditation, chanting and pranayama practice
• Yoga Anatomy with Adam
• Yoga Philosophy with Viriam
• Ayurveda with Dr Rohit
• The energetic body (chakras & nadis, vaayus)
• Mudras
• Kriyas, cleansing practices

Typical daily schedule

06:30 – 07:30am – Morning meditation, chanting and pranayama
07:45 – 09:00am – Morning asana with Lalit
10:00 – 11:00am – Lecture 1
03:00 – 04:00pm – Lecture 2
05:30 – 06:45pm – Asana workshop

Now that you have learned the foundations of traditional yoga…next you will learn to become a Yoga Teacher. Module B is focused on training you to become a confident and competent teacher. You compete this module in your own time and on your own schedule.

Our Online 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course is the perfect foundation for anyone who simply wants to learn traditional yoga and integrate this incredible practice into their life…and now you can do this all from the comfort of your own home.

How long will it take?

Module A
This first module is a two-week live lecture and class-based module. Daily class time will be approximately 5 hours, with breaks in between, and 1 hour of daily reading or homework assignments.   

Module B
This module is a 100hr self-learning module with video lectures and assessments focused around your practical teaching development. You can complete this module in your own time (up to six months after the training start date) and upon completion will receive you 200hr Yoga Teacher certification.   

Can I manage this around my normal day?
Module A is structured so you can manage your day-to-day around the morning practices, short daily lectures and evening workshops.

Our instalment plan option is the perfect way to help you manage payment of the course over easy and affordable monthly payments.

Instalments are managed safely and securely through Stripe and all you need to do is enter the details of the card you want to pay with to make the first instalment payment and confirm your place. The next payment will be automatically debited from your account on the same day the following calendar month for three months.
