Our location
Goa lies on the west coast of India and its main attraction is postcard perfect white sandy beaches lined with coconut trees as well as it’s beautiful off coast nature reserves, forests, ghats and waterfalls. Our centre is located near Arambol Beach on the most northern point of Goa approximately 10 minutes drive from the beach, offering a second to none experience of tranquility. We are nestled between the river and the hills in Arambol.

Our boutique property has a stunning, spacious and inspiring shalla that is a dream to practise, meditate and learn in. Our beautiful pool is a student favourite spot and we have 16 single, twin and shared rooms that are designed for comfort and maximizing the experience of learning without distraction.

Training with us more accessible than ever – with flexible and hybrid learning, flexible payment options.
We offer a Hybrid Teacher Training Course (TTC), combining 11 days of in-person training with Module A online for a flexible and immersive learning experience. Our hybrid education option allows aspiring teachers to blend online and in-person training, providing the best of both worlds.
Additionally, we offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to pay your fees in manageable installments. Just mention that you would like to pay by installments during your application process and we will customize and accessible plan for you.

We take your health and nutrition seriously throughout your entire stay and we understand that participating on a Yoga Teacher Training or retreat requires a lot of energy. Our restaurant prides itself on providing our guests with delicious, energising and balanced meals so you can enjoy your stay in Goa as your best self.
With a large variety to choose from daily, you will never go unsatisfied. Our restaurant always uses fresh produce, washed twice in an all natural antibacterial solution, and will always offer vegan and gluten free options.

Getting to Goa
Goa is a popular tourist destination and there are plenty of flights in and out of Goa’s airports, Dabolim (GOI) and Monahar (GOX). Qatar and Air India fly directly into Goa, but you may find that flying to a major Indian airport such as Mumbai or Delhi and getting an internal flight is much more economical and convenient.
Domestic flights are extremely affordable and it is important that you arrive at your training well rested and ready for an intensive experience.

Getting to our centre
Trainees and Retreat guests are well looked after by our administration team from the first point of contact until they are settled in the surroundings of the centre. Our team will arrange airport transfers for you with one of our trusted drivers who have been with us for a long time. Your name will be on a Himalaya Yoga Valley welcome board at Arrivals
Trainees can also get taxis at the government approved taxi rank at the airport.
Our centre is approximately 90 minutes from Goa’ airport in the South and 40 minutes from Mopa Aiport in the North. We are 2 hours from the main train station Madgaon, Please search airport code GOX & GOI when travelling to Goa which will give you options for Mopa and Goa airport.

We have a number of local taxi drivers that we have known for over ten years and who we trust completely. While you are more than welcome to book your own airport transfer, we are happy to arrange your taxi to and from the airport at your request. This will be arranged in your pre-arrival documents.
We have a good high-speed wi-fi connection available in our restaurant and most places in town also have good internet connectivity. In an effort to facilitate inner reflection and morning silence, the villas do not have wifi.
There is a local laundry service available for students at very reasonable rates.
Towels (bath and hand) are provided in the rooms and changed daily. Bedding is changed every 3rd day and rooms are cleaned daily.
As part of our commitment to reducing plastic waste we have a high energy UV water purifier and ensure that water is available to our guests 24 hours a day. We also sell aluminium water bottles in our restaurant or feel free to bring your own.
We have lockers that are provided on an individual basis.
