The Style of Yoga You Will Practise

Your training is rooted in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Hatha Yoga, with strong emphasis on alignment and integrity in asana. Led by Yogacharya Lalit, an authorized Ashtanga Teacher who has been practicing yoga since the age of 7 and who has gained global acclaim as a leading teacher of established yoga practitioners wishing to deepen their practise.

With more than 20 years of teaching, his Iyengar background helps students refine their postures through precise alignment techniques and safe adjustments. This approach builds a solid anatomical foundation for both personal practice and teaching.

Is prior yoga experience required?

While prior experience is recommended, applicants with an emerging practice may apply if they demonstrate dedication and readiness for the course. A consistent yoga practice of at least six months is ideal.

Will I be certified after completing the course?

Yes, Yoga Alliance certification is granted upon successful completion of the course. However, the true focus of the training is on personal and professional growth, not just obtaining certification.

Is English proficiency required?

Yes, the course is conducted in English. Our team provides additional support for non-native English speakers when needed.

How do I arrange travel and visas for Goa?

Our team will be there to guide you through the process. We also provide guidance on visas and arrange trusted airport transfers with local drivers, ensuring a smooth and secure arrival.

What qualities do I need to join this training?

This training requires commitment, self-discipline, patience and an open mind. Applicants should check the daily schedule and be mentally prepared to adhere to the schedule and finish their training with diligence.

How are trainees selected?

Training spaces are limited, Please complete the appropriate Application Form. It will be processed within two working days and we will notify you of the outcome by email. In the unlikely event you do not hear from us, please check your “spam” filter or contact us. The approval email will include lots of information and also details on how to secure your placement with a 30% deposit. Please read our Terms & Conditions before submitting payment. The fee balance is payable approximately 6 weeks before start date.

What kind of support is available after graduation?

Graduates receive lifelong mentorship, online postgraduate support, and exclusive Internship Opportunities. We also offer graduate workshops, refresher courses, and Continuing Education Courses to help deepen teaching skills.

Where will I stay during the training?
